* Refund / Exchange Policy 


- For international shipping refunds and exchanges are basically not eligible.

- Except for in cases such as, if you received the wrong product, it was delivered to a wrong address or the item is defective. Additional shipping fees will be covered by us, except for tariffs and taxes.

- First, contact the customer service center to begin any refund or exchange processes, in case of exchange, item availability must be checked.

- The item is eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of you receiving the item.

- The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.

- Must not have any wear damage such as wrinkles, signs of being worn outside, staining, odors (perfume, B.O.), being repaired or washed.

  For the previous reasons refunds or exchanges could be voided and additional shipping fees could apply.

- Refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or color, imperfections from the manufacturing process, or simply regretting the purchase, are not covered.




* Shipping


Check if the Postal EMS service is available in your location.


Shipping costs are calculated by the delivery area and weight of the item. And can be check at checkout.

Additional charges might be incurred upon the item’s arrival, as local tariffs and taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost.

Depending on your country’s tariffs and tax laws the item can be withheld on customs until you visit your country’s local customs offices.

And in case of the item being returned to sender for the previously stated reasons additional shipping fees could be applied.




* Exchange or refund rejections


-The following reasons are not considered valid for exchanges or refunds.

Imperfections of handmade shoes and nylon weaving patterns.


Chubasco sandals are handmade products and the weaving pattern may be different shoe to shoe, small imperfections such as adhesive blobs,

short loose threads and others imperfections can be present in the product. These are characteristics of handmade shoes and are not considered defective.

Any refunds or exchanges are not possible if the product has been worn.


Color leaching.

The dye of our natural leather products can initially leach out due to humidity or getting wet. Beware of wearing light-colored clothes and socks.




* Other reasons for exchange or refund rejection.


In the case of brand box (shoebox) damage.


Our products are sent out double packaged, this means an outer box for transport and an inner box we call brand box or shoebox,

the brand box is a core component of the product and damage will be considered damage to the product itself.

So we ask you to double package, similar to the way you received it. (If you threw out the outer packing, a similarly sized box is recommended for double packaging).


If the item is returned with the shoebox damaged such as being taped, shipping labels directly attached to the box or the box being ripped,

refunds or exchanges are not possible and the item will only be resent upon shipping fees being deposited.


In the case of clothing items.


Exchange or refunds could be rejected due to damage to the TAG, plastic bag or other included components being damaged or missing.

Also, if the product has signs of being worn, stains, odors (Perfume, B.O.), and the item being washed.
